Julianne Jeffrey joined Silicon Valley Capital Partners in 2025 as Director of Client Services, bringing over 19 years of experience in financial operations, client service, and team leadership. In her current role, she leads the client experience strategy and service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery across a broad client base. She is known for her strengths in strategic problem-solving, process improvement, and people leadership, consistently fostering collaboration across departments.
Before joining SVCP, Julianne was the Senior Client Service Manager at Ensemble Capital Management, a $1.5B wealth management firm, where she managed a team of financial advisors and spearheaded the creation of a firm-wide service level engagement program. Earlier in her career, Julianne was an Operations Manager at Parallel Advisors as the firm grew from $1B to $6B over 6 years and went through two acquisitions. There, she led the Client Service Team long with building out the operational infrastructure for the firm’s alternative investments platform.
Julianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and studied abroad at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex operational challenges into effective, scalable solutions while maintaining a client-first mindset. Outside of work, Julianne enjoys wine tasting, international travel, and playing tennis.
