Henry joins Silicon Valley Capital Partners with over six years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry. Most recently he was a High-Net-Worth Success Analyst with AssetMark, a $100 billion, Turnkey Asset Management Platform for financial advisors and their clients. Henry worked directly with several of the discretionary trading strategists that advisors would leverage to design and maintain custom portfolios for their High-Net-Worth clients. He was instrumental in implementing dozens of process improvements, building out the team’s operating procedures and establishing clear expectations for both the trading strategists and AssetMark as a whole.
In his prior role as a New Business Case Manager with AssetMark, he opened and funded thousands of accounts on the platform while collaborating with advisors and learning the deep inner workings of several different custodial systems.
Henry started his career in financial services in 2018 at PWJohnson Wealth & Legacy, a financial planning firm specializing in highly customized client portfolios and family legacy coaching. He acquired his Series 65 license and learned what a joy it is to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Music from San Jose State University and is an active freelance percussionist and drummer in the Bay Area. With a passion for performing for over 20 years, he was awarded first place in both timpani and snare drum at the California Percussive Arts Society Competition.
He has performed with Symphony San Jose, Santa Cruz Symphony, the Bay Philharmonic, West Bay Opera, the American Bach Soloists, and many other local organizations. He has also played music on tour in China, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Canada, Austria, Croatia and Hungary.
