Cindy joined Silicon Valley Capital Partners in 2017 with over 25 years of operational and senior management experience. Previously she co-founded TalentSky, a next-generation skill analytics software company where she served in various roles including Chief Talent Officer, Chief Workforce Science Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Success.
Prior to co-founding TalentSky in 2014, Cindy was co-founder of a top-tier executive search firm and recruited executives at many of the leading enterprise companies, including Tim Cook, current CEO of Apple.
Earlier in her career she was a series 7 registered sales associate working with Prudential Securities’ top wealth manager on the West Coast. She started her career in the financial services industry with Kemper Securities and Dain Bosworth focused on the bond market.
Cindy completed her B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 1990 where she played on the U.C. Davis Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team.
